Chinese-American Erica was selected for SHOOT magazines annual New Directors Showcase and the Commercial Directors Diversity Program She has directed spots for several brands such as PG Netflix Panda Express and Virginia Lottery Outside the ad-world she worked as executive assistant to Academy Award-nominated director Michael Mann She also directed the short film Americanized from her first screenplay a finalist in the ScreenCraft screenplay competition that went on to on to win several major awards
